Social Media Takeover Role: CD, Modernista! Client: (RED)
To raise awareness on World AIDS Day, 2009, Modernista helped (RED) turn Twitter and Facebook RED for the day. Twitter's homepage turned a shade of the color, driving conversation through simple, but innovative tactics that made sense for their audience. Trending topics were red, and users could turn their entire tweet red with a simple hashtag. The project brought (RED) hundreds of thousands of new followers and fans in a single day.
